RA 88 Terms & Conditions – Rules for Using Malaysia's Betting Platform

"Platform" refers to the website RA 88 accessible via ra88.cash and all subdomains, mobile applications, and related services operated by RA 88.

"Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account with RA 88 and meet all the eligibility criteria set out. "Bet" refers to any real-money wager placed through the platform on any event or game available at RA 88.

2.2 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account at RA 88. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. RA 88 reserves the right to close all detected duplicate accounts and forfeit all balances and bonuses held within those accounts.

2.3 Identity Verification

RA 88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from members at any time, including a national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other relevant documents as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4.1 General Withdrawal Conditions

5.1 VIP Programme

Programme RA 88 VIP has four tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on VIP points accumulated from real-money wagers. 6.1 Final Upon Verification

Any bet confirmed by the system RA 88 are final and cannot be voided by the member, except in specific situations permitted under the in-play betting terms. Bets confirmed after an event has started or ended may be cancelled at RA 88's discretion.

6.4 Postponed or Abandoned Matches

If a match is postponed or abandoned before the minimum required time has elapsed (typically half-time for football), all bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded. Should the match have a result under competition rules (including the DLS Method for cricket), bets will be deemed valid.

RA 88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Fraud, misconduct, or any attempt to deceive the platform
• Multiple account registration (multi-accounting)
• Use of automation software, bots, or unauthorized methods to place bets
• Bonus or promotion abuse
• Inappropriate or threatening behaviour towards staff or other members
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age
• Instructions from the relevant authority or regulatory body

If your account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, RA 88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in the account, including real money and bonuses. If the account closure is at your own request (such as for responsible gaming purposes), any real-money balance will be refunded upon completion of identity verification.

• Step 2: Submit relevant supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction numbers, time and date of the incident)
• Step 3: RA 88 will investigate disputes within 5 business days and provide a response
• Step 4: If you are unsatisfied with the decision, you may request a review within 14 days
